Research Analyst:
Manage all aspects of due diligence research projects, including:
- Searching on-line databases and archives.
- Coordinating archival research of public records.
- Analyzing results of research.
- Speaking with a variety of sources via telephone (regulatory agencies, references, etc.).
- Writing final reports for clients.
Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
- Extensive PC experience, particularly using MS Word. Prior experience conducting on-line research using sources such as Lexis/Nexis, Dialog, etc., a plus.
- Fluency in a foreign language preferred.
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
- An inquisitive mind.
- Corporate Office work experience.
